Be Kind – The Key To Being A Compassionate Sponsor

Be Kind – It Pays In the End.

I have tried to live by this mantra for a while now. Patience has been a challenge for me so I became determined to ensure I was at least kind hearted and became a much improved sponsor since that time.

I remember Zig Ziglar saying :

“You will get all you want in life if you help enough other people get what they want.”

And that is the beauty of the network marketing model. As we help others, our rewards increase. The critical word there is “HELP” . Sponsoring a new and inexperienced distributor is more than selling them into an opportunity, making sure they buy the biggest package and starting pack, it is about committing to them from the beginning until a time when they can fly on their own.

That is when the requirement for patience comes in and the essence of #BeKind philosophy because when we truly have the best interests of those we sponsor, then the blessings of Kindness begin to pay off.

Lasting friendships are made. Trust is secured. Future opportunities can be shared based on mutual respect because YOU were there for them whenever they had worry, concern or doubt.

You were the cheerleader. The educator. The leader. You were patient and kind.

Now you WILL attact people to you and your team, because your reputation is one that people aspire to be part of.

Living Life With A True Compass

This is something I try my best to live by. I know I fail regularly, but the teachings of the Saviour and the Buddha give us.
“Be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, as God in Christ forgave you.
” Jesus
“Teach this triple truth to all: A generous heart, kind speech, and a life of service and compassion are the things which renew humanity.” ~ Buddha

In truth religion gives us philosophy to live a good life but believe or not, the true greats who have trod the earth say the same thing.
“Be kind, for everyone you meet is fighting a harder battle.” – Plato
“Sometimes it takes only one act of kindness and caring to change a person’s life.” – Jackie Chan
“My wish for you is that you continue. Continue to be who and how you are, to astonish a mean world with your acts of kindness” – Maya Angelou
“My religion is very simple. My religion is kindness.” – Dalai Lama XIV
Kindness is a passport that opens doors and fashions friends. It softens hearts and molds relationships that can last lifetimes.” – Joseph B. Wirthlin
Whatever quotation or life guidance you receive from the above, please understand, YOU WILL BE MORE SUCCESSFUL as a network marketer if you have a real servant leadership attitude. One of kindness and compassion to ensure each and every member of your team has a chance to maximise their potential within your organisation.

Not Everyone Get’s It – Continue To Be Kind

You will find some people just don’t get it but YOU, you still carry on because it is right! You carry on being a good sponsor with a good heart and compassion for everyone to do well. You work your organisation deep, below those who don’t get it. You still serve them. There are good people below and some of them will see that you care about their progress and even though you are helping people who don’t care for your philosophy, you VALUE EVERYONE IN YOUR TEAM.
One of my mentors talks about Passion Compassion. It is his mantra. He is a charismatic presenter. But compassion has to continue beneath our offline and online presenations. It has to be lived each time we connect with our team, whether in a group or one to one situation.
You have to live it not just tell it!
Because if you just say it and don’t manifest it in your every connection with people, you will be labelled a hypocrite and lose your integrity.
However, everyone makes mistakes. So if you do have a dose of impatience and act in a manner unbecoming of a good sponsor, then forgive yourself, dust yourself off and begin again. Perhaps with the mistake you made. Try to make it right.

Summary

I hope this post feels genuine to you. I really believe this stuff! My business has grown so much because I changed my attitude. This was due to tragic and challenging events in my life in 2013. Bereavement and ill health overwhelmed me and then gratitude set in. As I was grateful to come through all that pain, I realised how truly blessed I was to survice it. From that point my whole attitude to life changed. #BeKind became my mantra and, without much effort on my part, I had THE most successful few months of my network marketing business life. Everything seemed to come together because, I believe, in my change of heart.

So I post this because I want YOU to succeed in your network marketing business. I would be most interest in your comments below. or by all means get in touch via FACEBOOK HERE.
